Qualifications
Attorney McCarthy earned a juris doctorate in law and a bachelors degree in political science. He continued his education after law school and has attended hundreds of continuing legal education courses.
After law school Mr. McCarthy was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he received military and further legal training. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
After the Marine Corps Mr. McCarthy was certified in trial and appellate work and he has extensive trial and appellate expereince.
